After waking up from going lucid, I wake up to the vibrations. I see some HI. this time I saw a tunnel of numbers. anyways, the vibrations passed, and I lost my SP. I had a headache. (I feel the vibrations mostly in my head) I always read that the vibrations are harmless, but this kind of freaked me out. Has this ever happened to anyone?

Also, one time during the vibrations I had my eyes open, and saw my ceiling fan moving violently. Could this mean that the vibrations are real somehow?
