Carmine you have to go to sleep earlier. Before 12. Every night.

Try it, you will have a lucid dream within a week I promise.

When you go to sleep is irrelevant. How much sleep you get matters, though.

exactly because i work nights and i dont think the time you go to sleep matters just the amount of time of sleep.

Actually, sticking to a regular schedule does have an effect. Lucid dreaming tends to be a lot easier when you have a set sleeping schedule, and can sleep in a bit on weekends. That extra sleep-in time is perfect for DEILDs and stretching out those REM periods, but unless you have a set sleep schedule, it's harder to pin down the right time to try a DEILD like that. Plus training your brain to go to sleep at a certain time and wake up at a certain time definitely helps with the process, especially with methods like WBTB/WILD and even with dream recall!

Thats no problem with me, I always go to bed and wake up at the same time.

Had excellent recall today. Tried to V-WILD last night but I couldn't get to sleep for 2 hours, so I disabled my alarm. I will go to bed earlier tonight and try again.

Alarm was not disabled in my efforts to V-WILD last night.

I woke up to it, looked at it, went back to sleep.

It was vibrating for a looooong time. Battery dead.

      Trying again tonight.
