      Hulloo forum

      G'day dreamviews people,

I've recently signed up here, and thought it'd be a good idea to introduce myself officially. My pseudonym is Alucinor, which i'm pretty sure is a straight latin translation of 'dream' - but even if the translation if bad, i still like the word. As far as i know, i've only had a few lucid dreams my entire life, but i've recently become very interested in developing my capacity.

My primary inspiration to find out about dreams was the film Waking Life, by Richard Linklater. This film was extremely enjoyable and quite fascinating. Hence, my interest in dreams was fostered, and here i am. For the records, i got here via a simple googling of 'lucid dreams'.

I hope to improve my dream recall and maybe have a few more lucid dreams as a result of time spent at these forums. So here's hopin'. I'm also pretty interested in the whole freudian dream-psychoanalysis side of dream study, so am hoping to find out a little more about this also.

Hey there, alucinor! I'm glad you decided to join us. I haven't seen Waking Life yet but I've heard it's had an impact on all those who watched it (at least those into LDing). If you have any questions feel free to ask! Sweet Lucid Dreams...
