First lucit dream I had was some time ago, there I was walking down stairs in a russian apartment building until I realised I was in control so I decided to just down, which in turn resulted me seing something that I guess most resembles the portal from a game called Doom 3. Anyway I instantly woke up scared sh-less.
Today I had my second lucid dream, in fact I just woke up from it, having seen this board before I come for advice. I was dreaming up some interesting random stuff which I only now realize I half-controlled. Later it switched to what I can only describe as my own version of a GTA game. So I was trying to complete a mission which required waiting for an event to happen and when it didn't I became a bit frustrated and realised. Im in control. So I just looked up and took off flying. Really a lucid experience, although it is worth a mention that it felt like I couldnt imagine things fast enough so I had to really focus because everything kinda "lagged" when I turned my view or flew higher. Anyway I see an area where another mission is taking place so I complete it (by rescuing someone from falling). Then the mission giver who is some lady in her 40s-50s says something to me and I don't like it. So I decide eh what the hell and start punching her in the face (note: GTA game) until she grabs my neck, at which point I feel uncomfortable in my neck. And then the dream kinda glitches/freezes so I try to move my finger in bed. Fully realizing this is a dream, I'm feeling uncomfortable in my neck and I just can't seem to move my finger or wake up. I do after something like 5 seconds but still makes you wonder. Which is why I just registered here. After waking up I was still just lying in bed and I really felt the connection between my mind and my body movements worsen, I tried to get up and did but it took me some time. So anyway what I'm asking is, is it possible to get trapped in a dream, or even can your mind become f-d up or something.
Now 20 minutes later I feel recovered but still a bit shaken mentally.
