Best way to start lucid dreaming?

I was just wondering which technique would be best for someone new to lucid dreaming?

My opinion, just pick something and work on it diligently for at least a week. If you find it's really not working, move on to something else, but give each technique a chance before you disregard it. That's just my advice.

Mirath, there's a post under the tutorials on Acronyms. Hope that helps. After a short time you'll know exactly what ppl are talking about.

      MILD.

It is the easiest and requires least effort. It is also easier to get into a routine with.

It was the one i chose anyway.
Check out its tutorial in (duh) tutorials section

The abbreviations all stand for different methods-MILD=mnermonic induced lucid dream, WILD=wake induced lucid dream etc

All listed in tutorials section for individual tutorials on how to pull them off.

Oh, and WILD is the hardest there.
