I actually just changed it Ame, cool eey?

carekraze,
I got to thinking that even though your schedule is changed by outside resourses, if your life permits the time to do so, you can change your schedule. If you have to get up that early then perhaps stay up late one night. The next night you can go to bed early. You then would be getting the full eight hours or so of sleep that seems to aid lucid dreaming. Also after about six or seven hours you could set your alarm for around three or four in the morning, get up for a half an hour and go back to sleep. which sets you up to incubate a couple of hours of good Lucid dreaming.

Easier said than done somtimes. Good luck.
