      Need some help

Hey, just needed some help. Not to boast, but im not a noob to this, I have trained myself to recall my dreams and induce to attain lucidity, but sadly...... It was last summer. I had to stop because of school, bc i was waking up by alarm clock last summer, and now i dont see that its worth it having to be at school at 7am. Its like i've lost the skill of doing it because now when i wake myself up (4.5, 6, 7.5 hours nothing is on my mind, i must be in the wrong cycle for some reason.... And I now dont remeber my dreams until midway through the day when I see dejavu that reminds me of what i was dreaminjg about. I need help going back to the way it used to be. Im in AP Psych this semester so its right up my alley this semester. Please if anyonw can help me, i feel that i dont realize im dreaming till once i awake, is it bc im not conscious or something? Because if I can't tell, then how will I ever induce? Jeez im lost. please help from anyone. tips anything[/b]

      Welcome carekraze18

I would think once your body gets back into your rythem and you start to again pratice tecniques things, shoud fall into place.
Maybe our biological clock or Circadian clock is playing a role as well

You have done it before, so you no you can do it again

(Woah, Howetzer! I never realized the eyes on your avatar blink red!).... sorry for the ADD comment....

Anyway, Welcome to DV, carekraze! (I think I PM'ed you, but oh well) I know how you feel about school messing up your sleep schedule because it's done the same to me this whole last semester. If you're struggling with dream recall, here's one post that you can look at and see if it works for you. Keeping a Dream Journal is highly recommended if you're not keeping one right now. Especially during school I really have to force myself to write in it or else my recall goes *insert splutting sound*

All in all, I hope you enjoy your stay here at DV and I look forward to seeing you around Sweet lucid dreams!

I actually just changed it Ame, cool eey?

      carekraze,
I got to thinking that even though your schedule is changed by outside resourses, if your life permits the time to do so, you can change your schedule. If you have to get up that early then perhaps stay up late one night. The next night you can go to bed early. You then would be getting the full eight hours or so of sleep that seems to aid lucid dreaming. Also after about six or seven hours you could set your alarm for around three or four in the morning, get up for a half an hour and go back to sleep. which sets you up to incubate a couple of hours of good Lucid dreaming.

Easier said than done somtimes. Good luck.
