Thread: Sleep paralysis help?

well today i woke up and i felt my body was all heavy and i couldn't move at all, so then i new i was in sleep paralysis. i then closed my eyes and tried to lucid dream but nothing happened. i could feel that i was moving to the left really fast and something pushing down on me. i don't know why but i opened my eyes again and looked around to see if i was dreaming and performed a reality check. after all of that, i screwed up and no lucid dream for me did i fail a wild?
