Thread: I need advise

hello, im 15 so quiet young indeed.

I keep dreaming about the same way of dying. In These dreams i die from tidal waves coming at me on a beach. When ever i go to sleep and dream it always ends up on to a beach, not the same one a different one everytime. I have these almost every night, i'v had them for at least the past 6 months but its getting damn right pathetic now!.

It scares me everytime, i wake up in a cold sweating panting.

any advise on what to do? :S

I know someone that had the exact same problem as you just with a different kinds dreams, I helped them out. If you want i can try and help you through your problem too. Most of the time these types of dreams are something your subconscious is trying to tell you through dreams.
