Hi!
I sometimes have trouble letting go when I fall asleep. I keep looking at the back of my eyelids and it can be irritating. Well last night I found out that if I focused more on my hearing and how my body felt against the bed it got alot easier, atleast for me. I forgot about my vision and soon my brain started creating pictures in my head. I hope you can have use of this but I don't think it works that great for everyone.
