I have been interested in LD ever since I had my first one a few years back. After becoming busy with school and other activities I have lost sight of my dreams. I decided along with some other changes I wanted to make in my life that I wanted to bring my dreams back into my consciousness and eventually LD again. I have not had a dream that I remembered for the longest time. Last night before I went to bed I drank some apple juice, ate some turkey, and fell asleep telling myself that I would remember my dreams. I had three dreams last night! The only downside was that I was so excited about having these dreams that I let them slip away from me before I could write them down. However, I do remember one thing from my dreams. That they were awesome haha. Is there anything you could recommend for holding onto the memory of my dreams in the morning longer so that I could record them? |

Use the telling yourself technique for as long as you can, it's extremely effective. Unless you're me, because I've been doing what you said you did for three or four nights now and I haven't remembered shight. |
