      Hi,

      I am trying to become (and stay) lucid in my dreams on a regular basis. Joining this community seems like an excellent step in that direction.
      I hope we can learn a lot from one another.

      By the way, helder means 'clear' or 'lucid' in Dutch.

      Hello and to DV. For getting lucid, check out the tutorials in my signature, I suggest DILD, Reality Check, and MILD tutorials.

      For staying lucid, my favourite technique is to actually let myself wake up and do what's called a DEILD to chain them together.

      hello all

      It's that time of year again, they do seem to come quicker every year,
      and I would like to wish all those on this thread all the best for
      the Christmas season and the New Year. It is important that we take a little time
      and reflect on our own values and the good, and not so good, we did in the past year. Let's hope next year will be a
      little easier than last and that we all make a couple of extra friends.
