Hi, welcome on board. Please tell me a little more about yourself. What are your sleep habits, you waking schedule, and stressors in your life. Let's see if we can identify some factors that are interfering with your dream rememberance.
you must be the change you wish to see in the world...

Sometimes when I wake, I try and keep my eyes shut, and with my eyes still closed I try to remember even a fragment of the dream which will usually act a magnet to pull the rest of the dream details.

Sometimes I just try to lie quietly, gently - trying to scan for any hint to get the dream to suddenly rush back.

      You are dreaming

Believe your eyes but don't always believe what you are seeing

Yea me too.. It's probably because I'm subconsciouly trying to remember my dreams all of the time. I'm completely new to this thing, so I can't say for certain, but it seems like dreaming needs some serious dedication in order to master this art. I'm guessing most people probably give up because it's too difficult.
