Then for that day, write in your DJ: "I had a dream last night which I was in the forest with three boys that kind of looked like the chipmunks "from alvin and the chipmunks" but as people." Recall comes more and more every day with the effort. |

I never remember my dreams. When I do it's very blurry and I can't remember anything. Like I know I had a dream last night which I was in the forest with three boys that kind of looked like the chipmunks "from alvin and the chipmunks" but as people. I am also scared to have a lucid dream because every time I enter lucidity something scary happens. How do I remember my dreams and how do I enter lucidity without having something scary come in my room? Thanks, and Hello to all on the forums. |

Nothing scary should happen when you become lucid. The only scary thing is SP when attempting to become lucid - I'd start by writing down all my dreams that I remember, then going over dream signs in my head and doing mantras at night before falling asleep. Though if you can't remember at least one dream a night or don't dream more than 2-3 times a night then lucid dreaming is going to be difficult for you. |

It's a great start to have a good dream recall, but you can get to the same point without having a good recall, but it takes more effort en dedication. |

What's the difference between dreaming that you're lucid and lucid dreaming?
