I can't have one regular dream!

I never remember my dreams. When I do it's very blurry and I can't remember anything. Like I know I had a dream last night which I was in the forest with three boys that kind of looked like the chipmunks "from alvin and the chipmunks" but as people. I am also scared to have a lucid dream because every time I enter lucidity something scary happens. How do I remember my dreams and how do I enter lucidity without having something scary come in my room? Thanks, and Hello to all on the forums.

Then for that day, write in your DJ: "I had a dream last night which I was in the forest with three boys that kind of looked like the chipmunks "from alvin and the chipmunks" but as people." Recall comes more and more every day with the effort.

And about something scary happening: You're lucid! Whip out a BFG 9000, blast the fucker's head off, and move on with your dream. Nothing is scary when you're in a reality entirely within your control.

Nothing scary should happen when you become lucid. The only scary thing is SP when attempting to become lucid - I'd start by writing down all my dreams that I remember, then going over dream signs in my head and doing mantras at night before falling asleep. Though if you can't remember at least one dream a night or don't dream more than 2-3 times a night then lucid dreaming is going to be difficult for you.

I believe it all begins with excellent dream recall though.

It's a great start to have a good dream recall, but you can get to the same point without having a good recall, but it takes more effort en dedication.
And about the scary thing: I agree with the previosly said.
What's the difference between dreaming that you're lucid and lucid dreaming?

to DV Also agree with the above.

My two cents: Sometimes it's the scary things that make me go lucid, and usually with a decent amount of control. So, you can do two things. Nightmares are generally trying to tell you something, so now that you're lucid, you know nothing bad can happen to you so face it head on. Ask it what it's trying to tell you.

Or secondly, use your lucidity to change the plot if you aren't ready to deal with the nightmare.

I wholly recommend trying option #1, first.
