I keep a dream journal and dont follow that LaBerge stuff, its all text book stuff, it works on a self-dellusional state for me, i dont like adding a process to my dreams, if you keep a dream journal, you can become lucid at your will, just keep trying and telling yourself that you will have a lucid dream.....the king is awaiting your visit dude. |

Keeping a dream journal is more often used to enhance dream recall. The more people focus on remember their dreams by writing them down, the easier it will be for them to remember what happens during the night. I already said hello in another of your posts, but I'll say it again: Welcome to DV! |

"If there was one thing the lucid dreaming ninja writer could not stand, it was used car salesmen."
Something that LaBerge says about dream recall, basically if you follow this plan every morning, its easier to remember your dreams, therefore learn to become lucid after a few weeks. |
