There are some lucid aids in the form of music that you can download to an MP3 player and listen to when you sleep.

If my opinion matters to you. I personally don't want to use a lucid aid. I don't want to have to rely on something else to get a lucid dream for me. I like the idea of a natural dream, (as in without aid) something I can do by myself.

I don't use music or aids to help me LD, but I can tell you that I have fallen asleep listening to music before, and it has infiltrated my dreams (however, I didn't become lucid from it).

It's probable that it was before I discovered these forums, and so I wasn't intending on using it as a dream sign... but anyways, short answer: yes, it affected my dreams, but no, it didn't make me lucid.
