Look into your waking life with an aura of detachment, sometimes problems in our existence that we ignore can hinder our development.

I became aware only two weeks ago since giving up Tobacco, Weed and Alcohol, that my dreaming life was controlled by the substances, blocking information to my subconscious. All the dreams I seem to have derive from anxieties that I ignored for over a year, if you ask your inner voice to bring all of life’s problems to your attention its easier to sort them out thus relaxing your mind while sleeping and making it 100 times easier to attain Lucidity!

College and Places of work seem to effect most peoples dreams, shame that they hinder our sleep, why do we feel so disconnected from what we do in relation to work and education, that which makes us so un-happy it takes away pleasure from our dreams?
