      First OBEish experience

Well I had an eventfull morning of sleeping yesterday, 2 lucids and an OBE in 4 hours or so . Woke up around nine to a lot of noise in my house and went back to sleep to find myself instantly lucid playing basketball with the Cavaliers. That was fun... I did the hand rubbing thing and span around but nothing happened there? Any reason behind this?

2nd one I had 2 FA... really odd sensation. My teeth were cracking under the pressure of me biting down. I woke in my room and instantly knew i was dreaming, looked down at my body which had now rotated ninety degrees.

      Anyone else had one these?

How do you know it was an OBE rather than a dream?

Next time try grabbing onto a dream object and using all your senses on it. That's the only stabilization technique that works for me. Or you could try dream spinning
