Hey everyone I was lurking around this place just the other day, because I read up on the website. So, I tried the alarm clock thing many times, it just doesn't work. I can't seem to recall any dreams through this method. Instead, sometimes when I am really tired from school and come back home, I just lie on my bed and sleep for a few hours, then my body would get so cold I would wake up and 10/50 times, I would remember my dream. It's really weird if you ask me, back a few years ago I could recall dreams with NO PROBLEM at all and I didn't even have to try, now my recalling abilities seem to be drying out on me. I have always wanted to try lucid dreaming, but I always thought it took way too much time to learn and wasn't really necessary. Most of my dreams are really weird, some of them more pleasant than others, but now I have realised that we all waste 1/3 of our lives sleeping... So why not make it useful?! I think maybe it's because of all this stress from school or something, but I'm not too sure about that. Well anyway, to those posting a reply to welcome me, Thanks! |
