Naps vs Waking Up Very Early?

I was wondering the other day what is better to induce a Lucid Dream. A nap after work? or waking up very early in the morning and falling back to sleep. If anyone has any experiences about which one has worked better or they are completely the same, anything will help. Also, if one or the other is easier to induce a lucid dream. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

      Thanks.

Naps have always worked best for me. By far. I can almost depend on having a lucid dream if I take a nap. I don't get nearly enough chances to take naps though.

Naps worked for me for sleep paralysis...
When i wake up early and be active with anything for an hour, there's a very big chance i get lucid if i go back to sleep...
Try waking up and reading about lucid dreaming for an hour or so,and then go back to sleep!
