      It doesnt seem to be working..

      ive been trying to have lucid dreams for a week now and it doesnt seem to be working , i always think that there real and never realise there dreams. When i was younger i had about 2 of them. But i can not seem to have another 1.
      I have read the guides on it

      What do you think i should try doing, so i can start having them ?

      You need to hang in there. The great part about dreaming is good recall is really easy to get. This should be good enough to keep you from giving up on dreaming. You just gotta keep going, do alot of RCs, and keep an open mind.

      Hehe, one week? It took me a full month to become lucid, and I had a long stretch between the end of October and now when I had no lucid dreams. Lucidity is a thing that is very unlikely to happen overnight. It requires time, effort, and most importantly, patience. If you want to bulk up on your knowledge of lucid dreaming, you can read Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming (available in PDF format online) if you haven't already.
