      Question about my dreamsign

      I always always have a dream about war.. everynight. I'm wondering how I can test this in reality to have myself test it in a dream. I can't seem to figure that out. Nothing in my reality is even close to being in a war.. so how?

      Anytime you see war on tv, or think about war etc... do a reality check.

      What you do also is a mnemonic technique by telling yourself "Any time i see war I will realize that i am dreaming."


      My method of doing reality check is:
      "Where am i right now?"
      "Am i suppose to be here right now?"
      "What was a i doing 10 mins ago?"

      video

      I had some luck watching videos of tornadoes (it is one of my dream signs). But I am NOT going to suggest that you watch videos of war every night before bed.

      Throughout the day make a note of your reality. Look around for a few moments and imagine your surroundings during a time of war. Then perform a reality check. Also, make a mental note that every time you are witnessing war or war scenarios, you are dreaming. Before falling asleep say to yourself, "Next time I am in a war scenario, I will be dreaming."
