Hello All, this is my first post. I began lucid dreaming spontaneously at a very young age. It frightened me. I did not know what was happening to me until I met the internet and looked up dreaming back in the nineties. Instead of using techniques to initiate LD I had to learn how to stop. Have not LD for a while but I am no longer afraid.
