      dream recall?

      anything i can eat/do to imporve dream recall?

      Dream journaling. Writing down what you remember of your dreams helps you practice remembering them.

      And dream recall also gets easier later in your sleep cycle, as you've gotten more rest. So get a full night's sleep.

      No dream goals at the moment...just flying and letting stuff happen is kinda fun, and it's hard to motivate myself to try LDing lately.

      I've just begun learning all this things, but the thing that helps me remember my dreams in the morning is staying perfectly still when I wake up and going through my dream in my head before writing it down. Try not to think about anything else when you wake up.
