      SP problems

      I can't seem to get into SP, no matter what I do. I woke up this morning at 4am and was totally relaxed. As I'm laying down I decide to try and WILD. I laid there for an hour I couldn't go into SP.. does it normally take this long? I had no signs of SP what so ever.

      Were you focusing on a single thought most of, or the whole time? When trying to WILD, you have to let your mind wander. Don't keep your mind set on one thought, just let it think about whatever it pleases.

      V-WILDing maybe. I haven't had success when waking up at 3:30 AM and replaying one scene, but I have going to sleep at the beginning of the night.
