I'm new here today and I have had quite a few MILD's and recently one WILD using the rhythm napping timer from the salt cube website. Last night I woke up after six hours and couldn't get back to sleep for another five hours!!! This is a recurring problem for me and I have to get up to do my human being daytime duties . The CANWILD method I found here on this forum has got me really, really excited - so simple and effective without the normal disadvantages of WBTB WILD's so Im going to try it tonight.
