I've been reading the forums and chatting here for a long time but I haven't posted until now

. I've learned a lot from the forums and tutorials so I'd like to thank the makers of them and BillyBob who has helped me a lot.

So far I've had around 70 lucid dreams, most of them during the times when I put in a good amount of effort, I'm not a natural. Almost all of them were DILDs. Sleeping a long time, doing the right kind of reality checks the right way, and 'dream yoga' during walks have helped a lot.
