I have a laptop that I take to all my classes (each student gets one) and in my first class of the day, I type down my dreams. Dream Journals can be the easiest, and sometimes best method to induce dream recall. Usually, I try to play threw my dreams when Im in the shower or on my way to class. There are many ways to improve recall, you'll just have to try some and see what works best for you |

Yeah, not getting enough sleep can really kill recall, also, are you at all depressed (PM me if you want this private)? Depression can lead to bad recall. |
