      Finaly got some Dream Recall!!!

Yay so last night I started repeating some mantras, mainly "I will remember my dreams" and occasionaly "I will know when I am dreaming". I had tried these before but not for a long period of time. I lay in bed and did this for a while, maby 20 mins before falling asleep. I woke up at 5am and yes I remembered my dream, I felt so releived after a 4 day period of nothing. I wrote it down straight away and started WILDing, this didnt make me sleepy and didnt seem to be working, tried VILDing for a little while before giving up and falling asleep. Then I awoke at 6.50 with another dream, wrote that down too and went back to sleep then woke up again at 7.30 with yet another dream. I am so happy, I just felt like it was impossible having 4 days without anything but im sure now I am on the right track. Now I just gota start LDing
I also bought a nice journal yesterday rather than a blank piece of scrappy paper, maby this helped my mind think I realy was going to remember my dreams.

Nice job, adding some vitamin B6 and B12 to your diet will help you too. It's good to write them down as soon as you wake up, because if you wait, they tend to fade

Congradulations! Yes, maybe buying the new jounel made you mind think you were going to remember your dreams or something. And yea, the first night I did the mantras, I repeated them for 15-20 minutes, then thought about lucid dreaming as I was falling asleep.
And yea, make sure to write them down as soon as you wake up. Every once in a while I don't write something down, and can't remember much. Like, just a few days ago I think I had a lucid dream. I remember being excited, but now I can't even remember what the dream was, or if I was lucid.
