Thread: Back

I'm back again. Hopefully, I can actually stay this time.
I haven't had any lucid dreams since I left. I occasionally think "Hey, this is a-" and then I wake up. That's always irritating.
The thing that brought me back was a false awakening (I think that's what it's called). I was dreaming that this girl (who was not my fiance) was trying to kiss me and I was saying no. Then I woke up (not really) and my fiance was screaming in her sleep. She was in the other room, so I ran in to try to wake her up. She wouldn't wake up and she kept screaming. Then I actually woke up with my heart pounding and sweat dripping in my eyes.
Anyway, I thought of this website and how much I miss trying to lucid dream. I hate all the dreams I've been having and it's making it more of a chore to go to sleep.
I've been working night shifts and in the morning I usually try sleep paralysis, but I always fall asleep on accident. Is there any other method that would work when I'm really tired?
