      new user... questions...

Hello, two days ago i found out people had these things called lucid dreams, i dream a lot, but i dont remember being lucid in any of the dreams.
I tried my second WILD today and i failed, maybe becouse it was an afternoon nap and i couldn't sleep, but i have some questions regarding WILD.

1- I know you have to keep your eyes closed and your body still at all times, does that include the tongue and lungs? sometimes i slightly move my tonge by accident, and for the lungs there is no much to do about it right?

2- in this afternoon WILD session i experienced some strange stuff, first, after sn hour being perfectly still and my eyes closed a feeling came down to me, like it was a chill, from the top of my head to my feat, and my leg muscles were tense, does that mean i was in SP?

3- during my sessions i started to have "micro-dreams" like i was actually dreaming for half-a-second, i quickly wake up with my eyes still closed, this happened to me like 5 times that session, is it normal?

4- how do you enter the "dream world" using WILD, i know its from those allucinations, but is there a concrete way of doing it? Is there like a sign that you know you are about to star LDing?

      Thank you guys

WILD'ing is very difficult. Trying to WILD before getting good at the other stuff is like skipping over arithmetic and jumping right to calculus.

hmm... you're probably right, how much time does it take for me to be able to try WILDing
