Thread: Hello + First Lucid

I've been lurking these boards for a couple weeks now as I've started my quest for lucidity.

Last night I had my first, so I figured it was time to register.

On to the dream:
It began with a false awakening, and I remembered to do my nose-breathing RC. I decided that I was definitely dreaming, and got up and walked around my room a little.

Having read much about people flying through windows in this situation, I ran for the window and lunged head-first. My head hit the window head first, and it just kind of stuck there. At the time, I decided that since I didn't fly through the window, I must be AWAKE.

I instantly lost lucidity and began a normal(but enjoyable) regular dream starting with my face attached to my window.

I didn't even remember this until I was halfway through my dream journal entry the next morning. At that point it was obvious what had happened, and I found it quite amusing.

Next time I should probably run through some Calculus before doing anything rash...
