      Tunorz here...

...just popping in to say hello. I'm glad to say that I have stopped lurking after two days and decided to make an account!

      So a little information.

I first heard of lucid dreaming two days ago when I found this site on Google. Before I have never had any form of lucid dream and didn't have a DJ. Now, I have recorded two recalls and I am requesting some help.

How can you differentiate different dreams? How do I know that the drem I had was in fact two?

Also, is it possible to have dream control without lucidity? This is more out of curiosity as I swear a while ago I experienced a whole morning in a dream, making concious thought but without an inkling that I was dreaming.

Anyway, looking forward to getting to know the community,
      bye.

      hi and welcome,
you can sometimes tell the difference between dreams because you might notice time gaps between dreams, or the pot location, feeling emotions.
But all of these things do not always work, the main thing is what you think and feel about if you had 1 or 2 dreams, you'll just know most of the time.
You can have dream control without full lucidity, you can have dream control with low levels of lucidity.

I get confused about where to separate dreams. Sometimes I get confused about the order they happened in, also. It is easy if you have one dream early in the night, and another later. Where I get confused, is when I have several different dreams all back to back. They seem to overlap, repeat, or get jumbled up.
