I've had a handful of lucid dreams in my life, about one every one or two years. Two or three years back I got into inducing lucid dreaming, worked on my dream recall for a while, and achieved one LD through MILD. Then life got hectic and I somehow completely forgot about lucid dreaming XD.

I've recently gained an interest in it again through a simple comment made by a psychology student in one of my classes. I think I had just forgotten about how fascinating all this was because life got so busy .

But hey, I'm back now . I should probably start working on my dream recall a little first, but since in the past all I had no difficulty recalling every night (as long as I made a note of doing it upon waking), I miiight just go ahead and try a modified WILD technique tomorrow morning that got my interest (CANWILD, thought up by someone in the forums).

I'm gonna try that combined with some mnemonics before I go to sleep. I'm really curious about trying WILD by setting an alarm after 5-6 hours of sleep, but I'm going to have to wait until it's summer and I don't have Uni to worry about .
