Gonna try nap wild.. is it bad? |

I don't understand your question. WILDs are best for naps because naps are almost entirely REM. |

The reverse blinking technique, as far as I understand it, is not intended to make you tired but to keep your mind alert. The theory is, since your eyes do not 'shut down' like the rest of your muscles do when you fall asleep, you can use the repetitive action and small sensory input to engage your awareness and keep your mind awake while your body falls asleep. I'm not sure what you think might be bad about doing this. Can you explain? |

Opening your eyes while trying to sleep. or at least for a short while.. for no reason, there's no need to do it aside from minor reasons to induce a WILD, as far as I'm concerned you could be wearing down your eyes faster by doing this. |
