Wanting to get back into things..

Hey everyone, I'm not exactly new here..but the last couple monthst I haven't been recording my dreams which have caused me to not have a lucid, or remember any others..past week I have been writing down the dreams and I seem to be having more recall but I want to know what I can do to get back into the s"wing of things" I started my first week off with a lot of remembering and my first lucid but I wish I could get back to that stage... Thanks all

You should try to set a day that you can really dedicate yourself to trying to acheieve a Lucid Dream.

Be sure to read through the tutorials section and find something that looks like it'll give the best results.

WILDs seem to be the most popular, but can be some-what difficult for new comers.

You can also check out the Lucid Aids section and see if you can't find something to take to help boost your dream recall or vividness.

Thankyou. I've been recalling about 2/night which is ok I guess, but not compared to the average 4 that I used to be able to. Can't wait to be lucid again.. Tomorrow is a snow day hopefully and I will read the book by Stephen labrage I bought a while ago... Thanks a lot!

Even if you can't dedicate a full day to LD, try to set aside an hour before bed to read through books about LD practice or online information about dreaming (not really general forum posts, but things that get you thinking about lucid dreaming). Other than that, you should take some time to read through your old recorded dreams, which can be both fun and helpful. In general, you have to get your mind to say "wow, dreaming " and that should get you back into the swing of things.

      All the Best,
      rR

Dedicating all your hours to lucid dreaming is humanly impossible; after all, we have other things to do as long as we are alive on earth. But, if you want to lucid dream, then setting aside an hour for it daily is of great importance. I remember my dreams really well, but haven't gotten around to keeping a dream journal yet. Naturally, I hardly have any lucid dreams.
