      Smile Hello ^_^

      Hello everyone,

On the net, I'm generally known as Pascal and am jumping into this community to share any experiences I have in this area as I get them. I'm slowly getting more and more into learning how to lucid dreaming, but have only experienced 3 so far that I can remember. Every time was incredibly exciting.

I want to learn how to WILD but haven't come close to achieving success at all, but I have moved forward since the beginning. Original attempts ended in me getting terrified of running out of breath as my breathing rate dropped like a rock and I became conscious of it (and then there is the feeling I get of having a massive rock on my chest). I was eventually able to get past this when I convinced myself that I've never died going to sleep before, so I maybe I'd just sit it out... haven't died yet. So far though, even when I dissolve all thoughts as they come to me, I can only get my arms and legs to go numb (No SP) and after a half-an-hour to an hour I might get a single flash of light or sound, but then it quickly vanishes when I notice it... which is hard not to do. (Sometimes I feel like my eyelids are crushing my eyeballs, anyone ever get that feeling?)

However, I am diligent and... I'm producing a multi-pronged attack on this thing. My strategy is that I purchased a CD alarm clock, set it for 3-4AM (Have to vary it, my bio-clock will wake me up 2 minutes prior otherwise) and set it to play a burned CD with my voice informing me that I'm dreaming before switching to a 40 minute track with the sound of rain and thunder (which is already playing in the background).

I've grabbed several lucid moments in my dreams with this, but the sound of my own voice/interaction/excitement of going lucid kicks me out of a dream and flipping back into a dream while lucid after that through "DEILD?" has failed as well . But, then I get up flip around and set the clock alarm forward another hour and a half and hope I get back to sleep (harder on school nights).

Then with this three pronged attack I will succeed (Never seen that smiley before)!

      Good night and sweat dreams!
      -Pascal
