      Multiple dream recall question

I have a question on multiple dream recall. I am almost at one dream recall a night (much improved from a few weeks ago), I have yet to recall more than one dream unless I take a nap in the same day. My question is... for you people that have more than one dream recall per night, do you wake in the morning and are able to recall ALL of your dreams at that time? Or do you wake up after each dream, right it down in your journal, and go back to sleep, wake back up and make notes of your new dream, go back to sleep, and keep doing it that way over again?

I can remember multiple dreams in the morning without waking up at night. However, I think I would remember more details if I did wake up.

Somehow, and usually it's an alarm or the saltcube timer, I wake myself up. I would say with 100% guarantee that 90% of the time I wake up after dreaming and instantly think "I HAD NO DREAM" but I sit in my bed, don't move, keep my eyes closed and think about what I dreamed about. After about a good 15 seconds I instantly recalled 10% of the drream and work myways back through the dream to gain more information.

The past week i've averaged 3 dreams per night. 5 dreams per night 2 different days of the week. This IS because I utilize the WBTB technique. I fully believe this to the be the VERY best way to achieve what most people are looking for. Of course everyone is UNIQUE. Do what you think works best for you, I learned in a very short time how valuable WBTB technique can be! I can't get into SP very easy at the start of the night, I do try but WBTB is the shit!

Please, do yourself a favor and start doing the WBTB process. It made my mind go from 0-1 dreams per week to 20-40!

      I love Dream views.
