Ok, so I'm new(not to the idea of lucid dreaming, but more to the different inductions). I now know how to have a WILD (haven't had one yet) but am so confused about everything else and what they stand for, like VILDs and FILDs and all the other inductions. Could someone maybe help me with what everything means, and the best inductions that work for you? It would help sooooo much =) |
