      Hey guys
ive always wanted to be able to control my dreams even b4 i stumbled into this website and when i did i never thought it was possible.

any help will be very generous of you guys and i will keep in touch, im also wondering if this is in any way dangerous as ive heard being paralyzed etc

      Hey! Welcome to Dream Views!

I suggest you start practicing dream recall. Tutorial here.

You can as well record your dreams in a dream journal. You can have one here.

Do reality checks in your waking life, like observing your hands if they look distorted, has extra fingers, and try plugging your nose, to determine if you can still breathe. If you do it regularly, it'll be carried on to your dreams, and you'll easily recognize that you're dreaming. More info here.

      Good luck LD'ing!

      Hey, Welcome to the forums.

Most people new to Lucid Dreaming have their first one very soon. I had mine with-in 3 days of learning about it due to the fact that I was fixated on having one. It was short, blurry and just plain weird, but man was I excited. After my first it took at least 1 month before I had my next and still I have only had 4.
Stay determined and keep on trying, you will have one and only be getting better every time.

      Good Luck!

      - Dylan
