      Vividness? as in, MORE, vividness?

      HI!
Well, as the title suggests, I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on increasing the vivdness of my dreams...I used to have extremly vivid dreams, but this year I've had hardly any and can only really remember certain, blurry, images.
My dreams are also kind of... Noisey? like my dreams feel a bit all over the place and I can hear noises, but it kind of sounds like a distant radio being tuned. A mixture of voices and music and just sounds... and then pictures of the oddest things, often on a black background, (like last night all I can remeber is seeing -for a split second- and mans face in the dark with the noise) and its a bit unsettling. I was thinking maybe one of you could suggest what could be causing it? or how to increase the vivdness-perhaps help with getting my dreams back to normal?

      Thanks sooooooooo much!

All I know about vividness is very generic. Anybody will tell you that you should yell stuff like "increase vividness" or try to focus on different senses. Sometimes my dreams are very vivid adn sometimes they are very faded and unstable. It just happens :/

If you're talking about regular dreams, then I would suggest working on your photographic memory, and working on your dream recall.
