Hello all. I've known for a while now, that to help you remain lucid during a dream, you need to remain calm and concentrate, control emotions, etc.....but....

I suffer from horrible paranoia. Always looking behind me, or cringing at the slightest disturbance. This causes me to lose focus and disrupt whatever i'm doing OTL Does anyone have any advice I could use to remain calm in a paranoid situation? If I don't control it, I'll probably lose or never get into a lucid dream D:
