I went through a stage where no dreams or very few dreams were recalled. I'm realizing that merely suggesting dream recall to yourself before bed is enough to make them stick. That and a journal> My journal is a tape recorder. Anyone else do this?

Also, I almost pulled off an OBE for the first time. Have any of you tried the Monroe method? It worked for me at first but then it fizzeled out. The good news is that I get to practice EVERY NIGHT!!! woo hoo!.. Love being a part of this forum. Thanks in advance.
