      Electronic Devices

So I'm going to try a WBTB tonight with WILD (probably going to be VERY unsuccessful, probably not even getting out of bed but whatever). I heard that electronic devices stimulate your brain a lot when using as an alarm. I don't really have any other alarm so I have to use this. I'm just wondering, would it effect the WBTB method because (if I'm correct) you'd have to get up and kind of wake up your mind anyway. So yeah....

Well yeah you wake up to everything, but as I was browsing around the forums looking at the FILD/WILD techniques, people said to stay away from stuff like cell phones because the screen tends to wake you up more compared to other alarm clocks.
