First lucid dreaming experience

Hi guys, I just reg'ed in here because I experienced a lucid dream last night. Now some of you might think it's a small chance or whatsoever but I am sure it was one! Anyway.. The follow has occured: I went to bed (without any intention to have a lucid dream) and i imagined sights but very detailed, I almost felt I saw them in real (i was still conscience). The next moment I was experiencing events that felt so real as if it were somewhat playbacks of memories! Nothing really weird actually I wasnt scared or any other negative feeling. - I dreamed about being in the gym with my sister and her behaviour is so similar to how she is nowadays (she has changed alot lately). I also walked on the beach but i was drunk and my head was tilting from shoulder to shoulder while I was walking. The next thing was laying in a driving car, driven by my father, but noticed there was nothing below me, apparently floating or whatsoever lol, and a few more things but not as weird as above mentioned.. - But the thing that did scare me was that i thought i woke up.. i looked around me and saw my room exactley how it is today.. but then a few moments later i felt this strong suction (in my body. As if the spirit/soul was sucked back into the body) and then really woke up.. But the first time i woke up there was this annoying feeling "Is this real?" followed by the suction which is a horrible feeling! I was frightened and like what the f* just happened?! Is this suction a common thing? Will it occur everytime when I have such dreams? I was really scared about that feeling, so uncomfortable... Have something to say? Be my guest. I am open to anything!
