Hello All, I have just joined this forum. I am really into Lucid Dreaming, and I will try everything in my power to attempt this. I have been looking at the forums and lucid dreaming in general, all day long. I will start keeping a dream journal and attempt to recall. If you guys have any tips for a begginer who knows absoulutly zippo about this topic, please share. -Dave P.S: I know the answer is probably hidden from me on the forum :p, but when would you reccommend waking during the night. Is 4 and a half hours ideal? That is what I read somewhere, but I will try that tonight. Thanks again.

Welcome to DreamViews If you would like me to recommend a technique then I would be more than happy to point out the WBTB tutorial. This gives me most of my lucid dreams which I have about once every week or 2. As for any other knowledge about lucid dreaming, just browse the forums and check out the tutorials . Hope to hear from you soon and hopefully with progress. Just remember that it takes patience and if you persist, you'll eventually have one. Good luck

Thanks guys! I will try all the methods I can until I can get it right. I will practice practice, and of course practice I think I will keep a dream log on here as well in case something happens to the one near my bed. Cheers! -David
