Well I guess not remembering doesn't exactly mean you didn't realize you were dreaming. Sounds like you may need to work on your recall. What's your method if you don't mind explaining? |

Lucid Dreamning plzz helpp
hey
last night i i remember having a few short dreams, and i remember one of them i looked at my hands and they had 6 fingers. the problem is i dont remember realising that it was a dream. i cant remember controlling myself.
when i woke up this morning i thought that they were all dreams of having lucid dreams.
is this normal in the morning after waking up to lucid dreams? does those lucid dreams feel like they were dreams? if that makes any sense.
btw this is like my first time ive had lucid dreams or anywhere near it.
thanks any help will be great.

i have had a dream journal for about a week nows and have about 4 dreams in it xDD
