Lately I've been having a lot of trouble with my dream recall. Whenever I actually remember a dream, I write it down in my dream journal, but for one reason or another, I just haven't been getting any lately. |

That could be it... I've been writing my thesis paper for the last month or so. |

Yeah, like Kraftwerk said, stress can easily knock your recall down. Try to remember at least one aspect of your dreams every night if you're going through a complete dry spell. It helps to bring your recall back up again. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I have no prob with it.. i wake up naturally once or twice a night, and when some rare time that I don't remember when i wake up, i do 5 mins later, I have an alarm incase i dont do it automatically, but up to date i've never had any wake ups due to my alarm, only a few times when i start using alarm to wake up, but now it's a natural for me, why don't you try it? And stress and worrys and stuff could totally give you a recall "woe" forget about those trivial things of life |

Do you get plenty of sleep? What hours do you go to sleep and get up? (Like, do you go to bed at midnight and wake up in the late morning hours, or do you go to bed early and wake up in the early morning hours, etc.) Sleeping later in the morning easily nets me a good recall morning. |

I'm not on DV much these days, but I'll try to toss a cool dream or two into my DJ.
