Feel a strong energy pushing you up, imagine like you are wearing rocketboots or something pushing you up, or jump up and imagine a gust of wind pushing you up. Or if you are familiar with chi, use chi to fly, imagine like the wind, the life force pressing you up. But like shadow said..you have to believe in it, however way you are going to do it, you gotta believe in yourself.

I think I'm feeling insecure and that's why I called on a rocket to help me. And it did, it helped me to zoom high. Sort of like what this message board is doing for me. YOU GUYS ARE MY ROCKET

I've just noticed something about your LD's Blissful. Now correct me if Im wrong, but you are High-Level right? What I mean is that you are Fully aware 100% during your dreams that you are dreaming right? and not only that. I believe your LD's are Flawless to the point where it seems to mimic how the waking world is. Your struggling with that, You are trying to seperate reality from figmentaions. Don't be afraid when you become Lucid we all are doing it and I'll tell ya I've never been hurt in any of my Dreams so don't think you will recieve pain.I know some of us in this forum does, but everyones aspect of LD's are different and its this difference within us which utilmately dictates what we allow ourselves to feel or not. So in order to do the fun stuff you gotta erase the FEAR! You gotta enjoy it for what it is and not think of what bad could happen to you. Good Luck again! hope these words may have helped you some.

YES YES YES.. you hit it on the nose in all accounts. My biggest fear in the unknown. I'm doing lots of reading and research for one reason TO BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH EVIL SHOULD IT REAR IT'S UGLY HEAD. We, as humans, fear what we don't know/understand. I'm worried that one bad encounter will make me block all this out (and I've spent years developing this gift). Now that I realize how awesome it is to control (which led me into oobe) I freaked out a bit (but not too bad, but ENOUGH). I'm reading an awesome book by Robert A. Monroe titled " Journey's Out of the Body". Is a great read and I think it will help me get rid of some of this fear.

Do not fear you are not the only one that walks in the light, and we know our own and we do not leave them alone... sometimes we may feel it.. god it sucks... but we are never alone, remember that!! I have said to a few people, if they ever needed help... call me... from what people say I seem to show up =) Having a platinum dragon on your side might help =)

I open this offer to those reading this an genuinely believe I exist in the dreaming.

Insight? Here's something to consider (although I suppose you've probably heard or read this having been a "former" born-again Christian. (isn't that term "born again Christian" kinda redundant?... A true Christian is by default "born again" ...hmmm) The following is one of my favorite passages written by the same dude who wrote the book of Revelation...

1 John 4:7-20
"Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God. Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.
